Initial Exploration Call
20 mins free of charge call for us to explore if I am the appropriate person for you to work with.
In this call you have the time and space to express what you would like from working with a counsellor, without obligation to commit to anything further.
In Person Counselling Options
- £40 per 30 minutes session
- £60 per 60 minutes session
- £100 per 90 minutes session
- £40 per 60 minutes student counsellor session
- £60 for couples counselling per 30 minutes session
- £100 for couples counselling per 60 minutes session
These sessions are where clients come to my therapy room which may be in my home, or at a location where I rent a room in a shared venue with other therapists.
Please note that for in person counselling payment is required prior to all sessions booked at no later than 1 hour before your session, unless you request to pay in cash on arrival.
Late payment may result in your session being cancelled unless mutually agreed.
If paying by bank transfer use as a reference your initials and the last three digits of your preferred contact number.
Video Counselling Options
- £30 per 30 minutes session
- £50 per 60 minutes session
- £90 per 90 minutes session
- £40 per 60 minutes student counsellor session
- £50 for couples counselling per 30 minutes session
- £90 for couples counselling per 60 minutes session
Using Zoom, MS Teams or WhatsApp.

Outside Counselling Sessions
- £30 per 30 minutes session
- £60 per 60 minutes session
- £40 per hour for student counsellors
We agree to meet at a location which is suitable for us both where it is quiet, although not isolated and you feel comfortable to talk.
Please note that for outside counselling sessions payment is required prior to all sessions booked at no later than 1 hour before your session, unless you request to pay in cash when meeting.
